We have utilised the services of Brett and his team at Peter Blackshaw for many years, for both property management and an earlier property sale. Brett's professionalism and knowledge of the Canberra real estate market over that period has been outstanding. His communication skills are exemplary. During our recent sale, we had weekly face to face meetings, together with numerous telephone calls. At all times, we knew exactly where the progress of our sale stood, what actions were required by us and the strategy Brett was employing to facilitate the auction/sale. Brett's assistance in facilitating the preparation, at short notice, of our property for sale was invaluable. He has a reliable network of trades people (painter, handyman, electrician, gardeners) who all rendered their assistance as scheduled and to the standard we wanted. Auction day proceeded calmly, with Brett's planning and preparation spot on. His support team were excellent and his negotiation skills assisted us and the eventual buyer to reach a mutually agreeable price without any difficulty. Brett and his Team were professional and pleasant to deal with. I particularly found Emily Antill, Brett's Assistant, very helpful. She made a special trip to the property I had purchased, but before settlement, to take measurements for me of various rooms. On collecting the keys after settlement, I was presented with a bottle of Champagne and a Cheese Board as a welcoming gift. It was a very thoughtful gesture and much appreciated.

The estimates of the local market gave a good indication of the price to be expected. Brochures and advertising were good.
