Nick made purchasing our first home a really positive experience. His easy going yet professional mannerism made the entire process stress free. Nick communicated with us regularly to keep us updated and offered support and assistance as needed. Nick was always approachable, helpful and unrushed, which we greatly appreciated. Thank you, Nick!

I have now sold 2 properties, and bought one, with Kim Morgan as the agent, over a 20 year period. His calm, honest and positive demeanour really helps to make what is often a stressful event much easier. On both the occasions that Kim sold my properties, I achieved a very satisfactory outcome, regarding both price and sale conditions. On the most recent occasion, Kim and Eunice Ware worked together to oversee every aspect of the sale campaign- the online and print launch looked professional and definitely improved the final outcome. I highly recommend Peterswald for Property, Kim, Eunice and their support staff for their advice, dedication and attention to detail.

We consider ourselves very fortunate to have had Bryce assist us in selling our house. His enthusiasm was compelling and he was always friendly and helpful. He had an excellent knowledge of the housing market and the selling process. We found him to be honest and have a high level of personal integrity which was much appreciated.

Jeff was really great. Communicating the whole way through the process of selling our home making the process effortless. He also went above and beyond sorting things that needed to get done. His advice and knowledge of the market was spot on and he was able to achieve a great outcome for us. We couldn’t recommend Jeff more highly. Thanks Jeff!

Harry and Jack were great. We were caught in a lockdown in Victoria , couldn’t view the property as we would have liked but they facilitated the next best thing a virtual check out of the property. While this is obviously risky it shows a dedication to service and that combined with their straight up attitude was enough for us to make an offer and purchase a great property at a time when the Hobart property market is white hot.

We were very impressed with Harry and his team's approach to selling our property. He was very attentive to what we wanted so far as price and the value of the location were concerned. Harry and his team provided a detailed marketing and sale schedule, which was clear and concise. We were kept informed of progress and felt that we were 'in the loop' at all times. The presentation 'on-line' was very professional and covered the properties features comprehensively. Also Harry's knowledge f the current market meant that he was able to sell the house in a very quickly. The sale price exceeded our asking price. Overall an excellent experience.

Craig and Jess were exceptional and provided a great deal of comfort and assurance. As it turned out Craig was correct in his assurances and in developing a plan for the sale. It all worked to expectations and my wife and I are extremely happy with the results. I would be happy to recommend him for advice and actual sale of anyone's property.

We cannot flaw Eunice. She knows the market, has obvious experience and kept us fully informed during the "short" :) offer process... We also liked how Eunice was authentically passionate and proud of who she is selling for. Peterswalds has only one office - works as a team - and is professional in appearance, communication and ethic. Value dealing with Eunice and Peterswalds.

Kims extensive and impeccable market knowledge provided me with an experience of selling my house, which evolved smoothly and professionally. Without a doubt, both Kim and his colleague Eunice provided an exceptional and stress-free service. From the beginning, I trusted their judgement wholeheartedly and felt 100 % assured that the sale of my house was in safe hands. Communication and follow-up were excellent, and each step of the process felt positive, competent and unerring. Their confidence and professionalism allowed my home to achieve its full sale potential. I highly recommend both Kim and Eunice.
