As we were not in a hurry, Bryce kept checking in to let us know when he had properties that met our criteria. As soon as we saw the property we purchased advertised, we contacted Bryce to get a viewing. At our first meeting with Bryce, we were impressed with his communications and knowledge of the market in our area. We liked his warm nature respectful approach, and we listed our property with Peterswald with a belief that Bryce was genuine in his pledge to work hard for us and do his utmost to get the best result. He was measured in his appraisal of our property and his estimate aligned with a previous appraisal. We also felt reassured that we had a strong partnership with Bryce and Harry working as a team. The entire Peterswald office made the process streamlined. Communications were clear and prompt over the schedule of events, photography, floor plan, launch of property, home opens. The advertising online, photography, videography, print advert and brochure were exemplary. Damian the stylist made a tremendous contribution in how well our house presented. He worked with us and our furniture and belongings to make each room and the garden the best it could be. It took a bit of work on our part but was well worth the effort. Once the property was launched, Bryce kept us informed at every turn. We always knew what was happening, he was straight with us in terms of the people who came through and their response to the property, and was always measured in his communication. We had one preview and two home opens which resulted in a number of solid offers on the property. Bryce gave up his Saturday evening to call over and go through each offer, so we could understand each one fully, while being clear that the final decision rested with us. Within 5 days of accepting an offer, the building inspection and valuation had been completed as per the buyers’ needs, and their finance approved. A SOLD sticker went up on the Friday. The entire process was fast and efficient, but we never once felt rushed or pressured. Bryce fully earned our respect with his professionalism, diligence and communications. It couldn’t have been better. Bravo to Bryce and to Peterswald Property!
