It's always best when you have an agent that keeps you informed and is realistic about the market and the process. This is exactly how Kim works and we appreciated that immensely. Kim is a well experienced and knowledgeable agent who has seen and worked with the market through every conceivable scenario. You can be confident he'll have a good strategy for any property in any market.

Harry and his wonderful team (shoutout to Bryce) have been great over the past year as we've been looking for our first home. Their regular check-ins were appreciated and finally paid off! Harry made the buying process very easy, and through his guidance we were able to put forward a strong offer that appealed to the buyer. Taking us through the offering process face-to-face was a refreshing change from other agents we have dealt with and was worth it in the end! We're very excited to move into our new home. Thanks again Harry and team!

Kim is the consumate professional. Over the many years he has been associated with the Hobart real estate market, he has taken the selling of property to the next level. He gained our confidence from the first meeting, actually listened to what we had to say, and gave considered advice on the best way to proceed. Kim Morgan worked collaborately with Eunice Ware (the dream team!) to sell our house in a matter of days, with the successful purchaser flying in from Melbourne just before the most recent lockdown to seal the deal. Peterwald for Property's brilliant state of the art online marketing campaign meant there was little left to chance. To say we were happy with the result is an understatement; we were, and continue to be, over the moon.

My husband and I recently purchased an apartment in Hobart through Kim Morgan. We found him to be professional, knowledgeable, punctual and easy to deal with. He made himself available to fit in with our work commitments for various appointments and was easily contactable via email and mobile phone. Our overall experience during the property purchase was positive and this was largely due to Kim's helpful disposition.

Harry certainly made selling both our properties as easy and hassle free as possible! From the start Harry was open in his discussions, open in expectation and kept me up to date every step of the way . Harry gave me guidance, made suggestions, but always gave me the final choice. Right through the experience Harry was there, quick to response and reassuring! I will 100 % use Harry as my Agent again, to get the best result, as quickly and as stress free as possible!
