Don't ever be deterred by agents fees. They may seem expensive compared to other agents but you absolutely get what you pay for. You need an agent that is 100% working for you, especially in an easy market when a house can appear to sell itself. If you have an experienced negotiator and marketer then you will reap the rewards. I actually did not appreciate how good Sam Towns was until I started looking for a house to buy after the sale of my own house. There are agents that stand at the front door of a house with a clip board and take names and then send a text and then there are agents that genuinely care that you are a buyer. My agent told me that any agent that sells a house before an open home is not doing their job. I totally 100% agree. I have subsequently seen houses sold prior to the open home and when I see the amount received I have realised that I was prepared to pay more. Now that's a lazy agent. As I have previously said, you get what you pay for.

We first met Dan 7 years ago and promised to contact him when the time came to sell. He stayed in touch, but never hassled. This was the sale of mum's home of 43 years: she's never sold a house, never prepared for an open home, never experienced the frustration of finance delays. We are so grateful for Dan's calm and positive attitude, his constant reassurance, keeping mum and the buyers focused on the sale. I found Tegan to be very honest regarding pricing for our property. She also achieved a sale in the time-frame she indicated which we found very refreshing as dealings with another Real Estate Company hadn't ever resulted in one viewing. I would definitely recommend Tegan to sell your property.

We were not in the market for a new house, but when a listing came up shared by Tegan we were quick to inspect the property and fell in love with it from the beginning, the property was everything we wanted and more. Tegan has a real passion for her job and you can easily tell she enjoys doing what she does, she is not the typical salesperson in the fact she was always more focused on answering any queries, getting inspections, giving us good advice, professional recommendations with brokers who helped us when others couldn't, works tirelessly night and day and alway responds back to messages and phone calls, (even though we felt like we were annoying and bombarding with so many question) she was more concerned about doing the right thing by us rather than closing any deal or forcing us to make offers. Both her and her staff are so pleasant to deal with. It was a bumpy road for us relying on the sale of our property to purchase our dream property which was full of headache after headache but they made the process as smooth as can be.
