Mike and Lucy have gone out of their way to help us organise the purchase of our property. They are both very knowledgeable and friendly, and we have really appreciated their willingness to offer us advice and assistance. Thanks again, Mike and Lucy

My wife and I gave careful deliberation to our selection of the agent we chose to market and sell our home. We have not been disappointed - Daniel ten Broeke has 'ticked all the boxes' in the areas of professionalism, communication and commitment to the task in hand. Daniel is not only a most competent negotiator - he has an engaging personality, he's articulate, skilful and highly proficient in his dealings. It has been an absolute pleasure to meet Daniel and his most agreeable assistant Renee Kapitzke. My wife and I are most grateful for their efficient and excellent service.

We bought a house that Jake was selling and chose to contract him to sell our home. Jake presented us with more than one strong offer 7 days later.

Very happy with the professional service received from Sam and his team at Petrusma Property. Pick a superlative and use it to describe Sam, doesn't matter which because he's probably it. I would engage Sam to sell my property again without hesitation.

From the inspection to the settlement date Lucy and Mike offered a personal and professional service. When potential issues presented themselves the level of communication and resaurance from both of the members of the team was admirable. I would recommend Petrusma and imparticular lucy and or mike

Most of our dealings were with Britt, who was very helpful, responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. We needed some extra information and multiple inspections and nothing seemed to be any trouble.

Recently Jake sold a home for a family member under difficult circumstances which required experience and sensitivity. The price he achieved exceeded all expectations. We engaged Jake again to help purchase a new home with a list of pre-requisites and again his knowledge of the local area ensured all priorities were achieved in a limited time frame. I do not hesitate to recommend Jake and his friendly team for buying or selling a property.

This was my first house I have sold and didn't know much about the whole process but Daniel and his team made everything so easy. Very appreciative of the help.

Sam listened and participated in every stage of preparation for sale which gave me full confidence! Two open homes and sold. Very excited with the price.

Our house was on the market for 1 week, had our open home at 10am and the house was sold by 1.30pm with a sale price we were more than happy with.

David is a professional, knowledgeable and personable agent. His approach to seeing our house was 110% perfect. He was committed to us and the process and made himself available, no question to big or small. He went the extra mile to get us a price that left us literally with our mouths open. I understand he is ranked at number two I wold suggest it will not be long before he is the number one agent in the south. Thank you so much David!!
