She listens to the vendor and presents well-reasoned arguments regarding a viable sale's price and how to effect top-dollar in the marketplace. The photos were crisp and clear, with no duplication, vacuous or irritating shots. The less-is More approach has to be enticing, appealing and offer potential buyers the opportunity to imagine themselves in the property, living "The Lifestyle", to the extent that they need to see it in reality. The sign certainly slowed & stopped traffic! Tegan is also pro-active and tenacious and is not about to wait for potential buyers to beat a path to listed property, rather nurturing potential buyers, being attuned to their needs and effectively matching prospects with appropriate properties. We only had to live in a Show Home for one block viewing on the Saturday following the sign going up, from which an offer was made and accepted that Monday! Satisfaction and great result all around!
