We bought sight unseen (as we live overseas) though we did have a friend view the property for us. Sam's video for the listing was fantastic and gave us a sense of ease about the property. The whole process was easy, even though there were challenges along the way (with our bank, not with the real estate agency). Kate (Sam's assistant) was incredibly efficient and helpful and made the process as stress free as possible. All in all, the process was great and we look forward to seeing our fabulous property on settlement day.

Overall we were happy with Mikes performance. We didn't have it on the market for long and only had one offer which we took so it was hard to gage Mikes negotiation skills, however I have no doubt that with his experience this would also be good. He showed very good communication skills and had a good knowledge about the Realestate market and the area we were selling in. We would recommend him to friends and would use him again.
