Mike has a very warm and genuine demeanour and is a pleasure to deal with. Mike was too happy to go out his way to assist with completing any paper work even when numerous changes occurred. I would not hesitate in recommending Mike as an agent for either buying or selling.

I didn't actually deal with Sam directly but dealt with his assistant Kate. Kate was very friendly, professional and a great communicator. Kate replies almost straight away to all emails and text messages and has been courteous and helpful. She is a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend her to others.

Sam and his team were very professional throughout the selling process. The house was well marketed with professional photos taken, which i believe was a key reason to the property selling within one week. The offer Sam negotiated was well above my expectations! I am very satisfied with the end result and for choosing Petrusma in the sale of my property. Both Sam and the Petrusma team were quick to communicate any developments and reply to my queries. I would highly recommend both Sam and Petrusma.

Sam was courteous, professional and really knew his marketing. He made us feel completely at ease with the whole process and whilst we had concerns over some of the processes he made us feel at ease throughout it all. The sale was extremely quick and professional. His staff in the office are an absolute asset to him as well and we found them to be courteous, polite and very helpful along the way. Thank you all.

Tegan and Pete did a fantastic job in selling my unit. It was a quick sale in just over 8 months. They didn't leave any stone unturned in securing a buyer for my property and I appreciated all that they did for me, I would certainly recommend Petrusma Property to my family and friends as the Real Estate of choice.

We purchased a property from Sam on our visit to Hobart in April 2015. Sam and his team are very responsive and helpful. I would recommend Sam as he is passionate about delivering excellent service and achieve ideal results for both the seller and the buyer.

Perhaps next time Sam might take into account cost of renovations when evaluating the value of the house. The low sale was a disappointment even though it was understandable. But Sam respected all our concerns regarding our elderly Mum and he was a pleasure to work with. I'd have Sam sell my house any time. Thankyou Sam for your courtesy and for the lovely flowers and champagne!
