I can't rate Dave highly enough. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to end. I friend of mine recommended Dave to me to sell my house and I am so thankful she did. Dave definitely knows his stuff, the buyer put an offer in 8 days after the house was initially advertised making everything a breeze, and a bonus is that I got the price I wanted. Dave has great interpersonal and negotiating skills, is very patient, friendly and always willing to assist in any way. I just hope the next house i purchase is from him.
