Thanks to Council delays, we mistimed the market by about a month, so it had cooled by the time we listed. But Sam had a strategy, stuck to it, never lost faith in our properties and worked them until they were sold. Always pleasant to deal with, accessible, professional and honest. We'll be listing our next Hobart property with him soon. So should you.

Tegan is a great agent. She moved my property in a very difficult market and provided me with good advice during the process. She's very knowledgeable about the market in the Derwent Valley and no doubt beyond as well. I'd thoroughly recommend using Tegan.
