Perhaps next time Sam might take into account cost of renovations when evaluating the value of the house. The low sale was a disappointment even though it was understandable. But Sam respected all our concerns regarding our elderly Mum and he was a pleasure to work with. I'd have Sam sell my house any time. Thanks to Council delays, we mistimed the market by about a month, so it had cooled by the time we listed. But Sam had a strategy, stuck to it, never lost faith in our properties and worked them until they were sold. Always pleasant to deal with, accessible, professional and honest.
