Sam has sold 2 houses on our behalf and both times has provided a professional, efficient service. He works very hard for his clients and we could not fault anything in our dealings. He sold our houses quickly. We will definitely go back to Sam next time. Highly recommended.

Sam Towns, of Petrusma Property, sold my house in January 2014. I could not speak highly enough of Sam’s professionalism, enthusiasm and skill. Sam’s personality is engaging and you feel as if he is thoroughly committed to you and to making the sale process easy and very successful. His advice about what to do in preparing my house for sale was spot on and saved me money in the long run. His strategy of setting a realistic price range was another key to the successful sale. The video that was produced was of excellent quality and helped reach many more buyers – especially interstate buyers – than would have been the case without it. Sam’s whole approach really did create a ‘feeding frenzy’ of buyers, which was his plan. As a result, my open home was an amazing success and my house was sold in record time. The support given by the staff at Petrusma, Sandy Bay, was also exceptional. As a result, I highly recommend Sam and his team to any potential vendors.

We would highly recommend Sam. He invested the extra time with us developing a strategy to sell our house and it worked. We accepted an excellent offer on the day of the first open home. We were impressed by Sam's knowledge of the market and his honesty in all his dealing with us. We would happily use him again.

Add to that his handsome charm and you just want to keep buying houses so he can sell them for you. I recommend his work unequivocally and insist you use his services!

Sam was fantastic in getting us the results we wanted. He took extra interest in getting to know us and why we bought the property in the first place so he could use that information. He was enthusiastic with what we had done to the house to improve its selling appeal and provided feedback and advice throughout the whole process.
