My property in Hobart was sold by Sam Monks. Sam is highly professional, patient and expertly skilled as an agent. From the first time I spoke with Sam, to the sale of the property , there was full communications so I knew exactly what was happening. Sam's enthusiasm was what made me select him as an agent. Sam also ensured that costs were minimised so that profits were maximised. My property was literally on the market only a few days before an offer came in, and then was eventually sold to that buyer. Sam far exceeded the selling price of what I thought I would ever be able to get for the property , he was able to get top dollar for me . I highly recommend Sam as an agent and would certainly use him if I had another property to sell in Hobart .

Tegan Rainbird is a highly professional and totally proactive real estate agent. I could not have chosen a better person to sell my property for me. She brought in prospective buyers almost from Day 1 and was a pleasure to deal with. Her knowledge of the area and her client matching was extremely good. The property was sold within 6 weeks of being placed on the market and she had shown several couples and individuals though in that time. At the end there wasn't one but two couples interested in the property, so I say extremely well done! Thank you, Tegan!

Hi Tegan, thank you for letting us rate you as Emma and myself were more than happy with your service. We thought you were great to us with times, bookings, negotiations, communication and everything involved. We were also very pleased with Peter's efforts aswell so please if you could pass it on to him that would be great. If we were to sell or buy another property Petrusma would be our first option that's for sure. Thanks for everything. Kind regards Blair.

A friend recommended David McLeod as an agent; and I am so very very grateful for their recommendation. I can highly recommend David McLeod for his honest, professional, hardworking, no nonsense approach to the sale of our property. David had multiple offers put to us within four days of the property being on the market and on the seventh day our property was sold to the most competitive of three bidders. Thank you David, we will recommend your services to each and everyone we know who is considering selling their property. Nicole and Shaun Cook

Could not have been any happier with the service received from Sam and his team. From the very beginning until the sale closure I was given unqualified professional device . . In hindsight , I can see that the time taken by Sam to enquire into and understand my needs and wants in connection with the property sale was a key element in connection with its successful marketing . The advice given as to how to approach the marketing over what was then the Christmas season was spot om. The marketing campaign went smoothly and a key feature was the video that Sam put together . . The contract negation was quickly concluded and overall I could not have been happier. .

I bought a house through Sam Towns at Petrusma Property this time last year. Sam made that process easy, straight forward and Sam communicated with us promptly and professionally throughout the process. So it was not a very hard decision on who we should use to list and sell an investment unit that we owned. Sam displayed the same exemplary qualities that we had come to expect from him and we had a no fuss purchase in not time at all. Sam ensured our sale was swift and our sale price within his quoted return on investment, a very successful sale. I cannot recommend Sam Towns highly enough. Jeremy & Amy Buckland

Sam successfully sold our house quickly at a time we had bought elsewhere and really needed to reduce our mortgage. He told us he could sell it in a week and he did which was a bit relief!
