We are based in Western Australia and Sam and his staff have sold two properties on our behalf. Both were sold in record time and well within our price expectations. Selling remotely could be an issue but Sam handled everything from dealing with tenants, property managers and simple maintenance issues. He handled everything so professionally and communicated regularly, responding promptly to any queries etc. His marketing strategies are excellent and he communicates so well with both sellers and purchasers. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

OMG what can I say apart from Tegan is an absolute real estate Queen. I've used Dan before and wouldn't use anyone else in Hobart now after my selling experiences with him. He is always immaculate in expertise and grooming with an inescapable knowledge of the Real Estate game. His game plan is always up to scratch and he doesn't do fluffy descriptions of property, he just picks the selling point and hammers it home. Worked every time for me!!! When you put your house on the market you are trusting your biggest asset to a complete stranger. I was looking for an agent who I would feel comfortable being in my home and representing my best interests. Tegan did not try to overwhelm me with sales statistics or her reputation (mind you her reputation was why I approached her in the first place). Tegan asked what my expectations were, told me what she believed was achievable and then did exactly what she said she would. Great price, very quick sale and Tegan supporting throughout it all. Can't recommend Tegan highly enough.
