We have sold many homes and we kept the best till last . Tegan is a straight shooter which I like none of this smoothie stuff which tell you what you want to hear and I dislike immensely. The only estate agent I have ever liked. Another one was good but not the calibre of Tegan. A great experience from go to wo. I would recommend Tegan to anyone and everyone. A great pleasure to deal with. And she can take a joke also .

I found Sam to be direct and honest. His methods of sales were modern. The final price was not as I hoped for however under current circumstances satisfactory. The final selling price was under Government valuation but a fortunate purchase opportunity for the purchaser.

We have recently sold with Tegan, throughout the whole process Tegan kept us informed and up to date on everything that was happening. From the first initial meeting to the sale Tegan has been upfront and honest, gave a realistic appraisal and a comprehensive break down on the marketing to the open homes. It was a natural flow with Tegan being such an easy person to talk it really didn't feel like "just" a business transaction . We would highly recommend Tegan.
