Genuine agent
When the time came to put our house on the market Dan came to me highly recommended by two colleagues. Dan is friendly, personable and down to earth. He has a wealth of knowledge in the realestate market and sold my house in the first week it was advertised. Dans strength is in the degotiation stage and will always work toward obtaining the best possible price for the vendor.

Very grateful for Evan and Caitlin’s professionalism to help us obtain a result far beyond our expectations. Great agent
We were lucky enough to meet Daniel when we purchased our first property with Petrusma, so when we decided to sell it was a no brainer for my husband and myself whom we would get to sell. From the first phone call,he was on the ball,shame he is a Collingwood supporter though 🤣 but don't let that turn you off, Daniel would have to be one of the most professional people that I have ever met,and I have met numerous in my life,if he doesn't know something he will soon find out. Daniel is very easy going and down to earth and it's such a shame that we don't have any more properties to sell, Thankyou so much Daniel,we'll send you a postcard from sunny Perth and a update on the grandbaby. Professional and Effective

Couldn’t Fault Him
We just received faultless service from Dan. We were on an online realestate website that asked us if we would like an agent to contact us to arrange a time to value our property. Dan was the only agent that got in contact with us and that is how he got the job. We have had no prior dealings with Dan at all. A few months after he valued the property we phoned him and asked for our house to be on the market ASAP. From that phone call to signing a contract was TWO WEEKS!!! He was always calm which made us feel the same way about the process. We felt like he wanted the best for us but also for the buyer too. He was honest and upfront with us. We wanted to put a higher price on our house and he strongly advised against it and still got a price that we could have never imagined. He has a fantastic and very proactive team. We would DEFINITELY use Dan again and we have and will continue to recommend him to our family and friends. Thanks again Dan!
