Daniel's professionalism was apparent from the first meeting with him when I considered selling my home. The breadth of his general market knowledge was impressive and combined with his specific local knowledge, gave me as a potential Vendor the most information one could want to make an informed decision of whether or not to sell. Unlike some others agents, Daniel didn't just tell me I'd make zillions to win the listing, but defined a credible market strategy and explained in detail the benefits of his suggested starting price. Daniel was 'hands on' from the word go - from the photos, the blurb, the organisation of the first open home, he was constantly in communication in conjunction with his wonderful assistant, Morgan. His strategy worked perfectly and we had 2 contracts on the first viewing, one of which I accepted after Daniel's further negotiation managed an even better price than was initially offered.
