David McLeod was asked if he would call in on me to explain a plan for me to sell my unit. I was about to start the process of moving into a nursing home so I couldn't move on the sale too quickly and certainty didn't need the pressure of a pushy agent. David made arrangements to meet with me to formulate a plan. The end result - there is a buyer under contract, deposit has been paid and I have 6 months for a suitable room to come available at the nursing home with settlement on my unit 30 days after that. David did all this which took the stress and worry off me and my family. If you plan to sell your home I suggest you speak with David.

We recently contracted Daniel to sell out house at 2/572 Oceana Drive. in our initial meeting Daniel was open and honest when discussing what he thought it was worth. When our house went on the market it sold withing 4 days at a price we were very happy with. We also had great dealings with his assistant Renee, who was a delight. Selling your house is pretty nerve wracking, so it was great to have an agent who we were comfortable with, who answered our texts and phone calls, and kept us in the loop.
