David was introduced to me by a family member who had previous dealings with him. Right from my first meeting I was impressed with David's professionalism. It was clear that he had our best interests in mind and understood the emotion behind selling our deceased parents home which they had for over 55 years. David took the time to listen to us and how we rated the location so highly for bringing up a family and was able to portray this into his marketing campaign. There were no surprises when a local resident bought the house at a price we were very pleased to reach. Oh, and David had the house sold in 6 days. His advise on what we needed to do to prepare the house for sale was spot on and his communication skills through the pre sale, sale and post sale process was fantastic. We have had bad experiences with real estate agents previously, so we tried selling our property with one of the do it yourself agencies. We were impressed by the no nonsense, professional attitude and service that Daniel provided. The house was sold within a month to a cash buyer, and settlement date worked in well with our plans to buy another property. Having to sell my house under traumatic circumstances was a hard thing to do. I was recommended Petrusma by a friend. Made a phone call, and within days David attended the house to assist. From the moment he walked in the door and introduced himself, myself and my son knew he was the man for the job. There was no need for the hassle of calling other real estates, we just knew and went with him. From that day on when we told him to go ahead with the sale, there was no work required on our part at all (just to clean the house!). The advice, the compassion under the circumstances for me and my sons having to sell the family home, the friendliness and most of all the professionalism was the best. He kept us up to date with everything, with phone calls and advice and made things so easy for us. Communication from David and the whole Petrusma Property office was friendly and professional.
