Our Petrusma team have been extremely helpful in getting our property back onto the market after a series of unfortunate events with previous tenants leaving us without occupants for more than 4 months. They've organised many contractors for us and taken care of all access arrangements. Anything else that needed attending to being going back to market was drawn to our attention and arranged to be done. We live in WA, so we've been very pleased with the service from afar. Our newly-renovated property was rented immediately from just 2 open home events. We were presented with a few good tenant applications and were able to select a new family to occupy our home.
