While the 3 months of the vacant period of the property, Cody and the team took their time and effort to renovate the property. The property is well presented after the renovation, Looks amazing! They tried their best secured the tenant straight away after the renovation. During the renovation, at least two quotes were given to choose. Appreciate their efforts and professionalism on managing the property!

We arrived recently in Tasmania and were aware that the rental market was tight, so were nervous about our prospects of securing nice and comfortable accommodation.
