Made a daunting process a dream!
The lovely girls I've had the opportunity to work with at Petrusma have been amazing. This is my first time as a landlord and it's been a journey getting to this point. They've been so helpful, accommodating and accessible and took the time to explain everything to me more than once! They really made the process so easy. I'm confident my property is in good hands with Petrusma.

Wonderful team
Cody and Zali helped us navigate the renting process. Although we are seniors we were new to renting and modern technology. They we very patient and guided us through what ended up a easy process, even though we were living in a different state from Tasmania. They quickly answered our questions and were easy to get in contact. They sent us all the documents we needed. I'm looking forward to meeting them in person when we arrive in Hobart. I'd happily recommend this realestate agent.

Couldn't have been easier!
Kendall and Jemma have been incredible since recently taking on the management of my property. Promptly advertising the unit, holding open homes, delivering multiple application options to me and securing an amazing tenant... all in a week? Almost too good to be true! Such a helpful and communicative team!
The property management team at Petrusma have been absolutely lovely to deal with in finding our new rental. My partner and I had the challenge of moving to Tassie from interstate, and the team at Petrusma were quick to respond to all of our questions and help us through the process.
