The team at Petrusma New Town are about as professional as they come. They have managed our investment property for a little over a year now and we have not had to lift a finger or ever worry about the house. They have been so proactive and when an issue arises, have given options on how to handle it that have been excellent for both cost effectiveness, but also in keeping the tenants happy. Rent reviews are regular and in line with current market conditions. Aislinn and Lisa are a dream team and I would recommend their professional management to anyone who was in need of excellent service for their rental property. 10/10

All of the managers we met and communicated were super kind. We were given offer when we havent inspected the property yet, so my husband requested the inspection and the manager happily organised the inspection the next day. Asha has done an incredible job with helping us move in and get everything sorted considering this is our first rental. Asha has also gone above and beyond with everything. For example, she offered to come show my partner's family the apartment the Friday before we got the keys.
