Best people to deal with

We have applied this property on Thursday and It was approved on Friday. Petrusma property was so quick to check our references and send us the lease agreement on the same day whereas the other agency wasted our 3-4 weeks saying that they are still checking our references and the landlord is shortlisting all the applications blah blah and still there was no outcome and no proper communication. I would like to say THANKS 🙏🏻 to Asha Gill & Jacob for always answering the phone and replying to our emails to update about the application without wasting anyone’s time. (Applied the property on Thursday, Approved on Friday and got the keys on Monday) Whenever you see the rental property advertised under *Petrusma properties*, give it a try, they will not waste your time. Thank you Asha & Jacob, You guys are the best ♥️

Excellent Service

Kendall has been professional, approachable and helpful since day one. I am never left in the dark as she communicates clearly and honestly. This gives me peace of mind as a new landlord. Kendall has exceeded my expectations as she was able to rent the property even sooner than what I was expecting, and she ensured that I was informed throughout the process. Proactive, Peace of Mind

Lisa met me on-site to assess what was needed to get the property back on track and released. She organised some tradespeople and quotes and all I had to say was go for it and it was done.

Professional, decisive and knowledgeable

Cody and Georgia were fantastic from the moment I contacted Petrusma and understood that I wanted my property leased and taken care of. They were excellent communicators, knew the market and were sharp, decisive and had great tenants within 24hrs.
