Lisa Gifford - management of rental property.
Very professional agent. Offered good advice and guidance re rent, tenant selection etc. However, Lisa’s best quality as an agent is her attention to detail and efficiency. We had asked our last agent to contact the owners of the upstairs unit re having the gutter cleaned, two years later nothing had happened, Lisa attended to the matter within the first week of taking the management of our property.

The service is not professional
First, during our house inspection, we specifically asked whether weeding was necessary, and we were told that it was not necessary. However, after we had signed a contract to move in, we were told that we need to weed the garden. Second, some of our names were omitted from the documents to be signed. Third, there are not enough keys for tenants, which makes us feel that we are not welcome to move into the house.

We asked do we have to mow grass of the garden when we did inspection. The beauty said no, we just need to clean the rubbish and keep it clean. That is a key that we choose to apply for 66 Bayfield St Bellerive, 7018. Now we are noticed we need to mow the grass. We are very unhappy about this. Please addressing this issue. We are happy to hear that back from you and your organisation.

An worry-free experience
My experience with Petrusma Property New Town is totally worry-free. My property manager Lisa is very professional and friendly. She always acts promptly and efficiently and is very capable to accommodates our requests. She cares about us as well as the tenants, and she is a great communicator between the landlords and tenants. Her assistant also always responds to our email promptly. In a word, our experience has always been totally worry-free.
