We had decided to sell and had been in touch with 3 other agents for advice. We had been to 2 or 3 auctions by each of these agents to see how they conducted the auction and to gauge what price we might expect for our property and were close to deciding on one of them. Then we attended a Phillip Web auction just to see what the property might sell for. We were blown away by Rob Goeneveld's auctioneering style and by the attentiveness the rest of the Phillip Web team gave to potential buyers. We just had to have him for our sale. Rob and his team were excellent. Gave us very sound advice open preparing our property for sale, fully explained the process, produced a comprehensive marketing campaign and kept us fully informed of progress after each inspection opening. On auction day Rob excelled. He worked extremely hard to get buyers bidding. We had increased our reserve on the day by $80K and Rob achieved a result of 75K over the new reserve . Rob and his team have our highest recommendation and gratitude.
