Robert had a very good knowledge of the properties in the area and their values and was able to give us a reasonable estimate of the price we may expect. He kept us informed of offers and provided guidance on how to maximise our return especially around settlement periods we may need to accept in order to ensure we had the maximum number of potential purchases attend on auction day. We were very fortunate to have a great team managing and selling our property of which Michael, Jessamy and Jack were a part of. They gave great advice in staging the property, and followed through after every "Open" with feedback on how it all went and any interest. Even on the day of the Auction when it poured with rain they met buyers at the top of the driveway and walked them down with umbrellas. Have no hesitation in recommending them to you. Rob was the agent for us, after our first meeting. We instantly liked him. He was energetic, and funny which we appreciated as that made us feel very much at ease. Having never sold a house before, we were nervous but he guided us and kept in touch frequently, and sent weekly updates throughout the campaign. When two serious buyers were a no show on the day, he remained calm and went out there and brought it home.
