A knowledgable and supportive agent
Michael made our first selling experience more than positive. Communicating with both of us throughout the process, he did everything he could to make us comfortable - even going so far as to help us hang pictures before we had the photos done! He kept us informed and our expectations realistic along the way, and did everything in his power to get as the price we needed. Why I recommend Robert
Buying and selling in the same market is an eye opening experience. You get to know who are the agents that attend each of the openings (not just send a jnr from their office), turn up on time and stay a little later at openings and most importantly follow up on interest shown. Robert put a strategy in place that was ideal for my property. After each open he called me to inform me how many people went through the property and set a realistic expectation of what to expect on auction day (no BS). If selling a property I would use Robert again.

When I thought all the signs were bleak, he came running home like a thoroughbred!
Robert was Professional from the start. He never missed a beat or a cue. When the market seemed to have slowed he prepared me for what might have seemed a negative turn. However, on the day, even though tension was thick, he did not give in. After the first consultation, out he went and brought the sale in! My head is still spinning ... Great market knowledge!
Robert has the excellent market knowledge, and the right attitude to deal with vendors and buyers. He has the top salesman qualities which focus on explaining the product and their features, which turns into the sale, instead just pushing clients to buy.
