Michael was competent, polite, attentive to our concerns and extremely knowledgeable of the local area, knowing what the area offered in the way of schools, transport options, recreation facilities and shopping centres. He was up to date on what current sales were bringing and also going back over the previous year. Prior to Auction Michael brought an offer to us from a Purchaser who kept missing out at Auctions and presented it to us, which was discussed at length. Jack has a very friendly personality and didn't mind coming during the week after hours to try and get more bidders to the house. He was very credible but didn't want to give too much information as felt this should come from his senior, Michael. We cannot speak highly enough of the professional service provided by Robert during the time we engaged his help. When we first met with Robert he was very honest and frank in his appraisal regarding the sale of our new apartment, to the extent he could not promise we would achieve a positive outcome, due to a glut of similar properties in the region. However after interviewing several other agents, we came back to Robert as he was the only agent who truthfully answered all our questions. Then after some 10 weeks of patient work Robert managed to negotiate with a prospective buyer, not only the highest price for an apartment in our complex but in the suburb so far this year.
