I did quite a bit of research before putting my house on the market and I was finding it difficult to have an agent give me a clear indication of what my house was worth. Robert was very transparent with his views on my property and rather than build my hopes he gave an honest position on where he believed the sale price would be. Rob was excellent to deal with. He was very clear on everything from the start including up front costs, what I should expect from the campaign as well as a reasonable sales price for my property.
