A difficult task made easy!
I cannot thank Joseph enough for all his help from the very first open house to signing the contract. This was no easy task with the current tenants but Joseph made it happen and did everything in his power to ensure the process was as stress free as possible for a young first home buyer (21 years old). Joseph is very knowledgeable of the market and was able to answer all my questions promptly and pointed me in the right direction for the whole process. Many agents out there don't have morals or values but Joseph ensured that everything was fair and equitable in his dealings with me - 10/10
