I am delighted to give a 5 stars review to Von. I want to say a big thank you to her and her team behind the scenes. Von has helping me sell my apartment. This was my first time selling a place, and it felt pretty overwhelming. But Von made everything easier and more pleasant. Von really knows her stuff when it comes to real estate. She worked hard and knew exactly what to do. She explained everything step by step, so I understood what was happening. I asked a lot of questions in details, and she was always happy to walk me through. What's really great about Von is how kind and caring she is. She's a friendly person and really took the time to understand what I needed and how I felt. Another thing I appreciated was her patience. She never rushed me into making decisions. She was always there to help and support me. She also did a great job advertising my apartment. She knew how to show it to the right customer groups, and that helped us sell it quickly. Firstly, it is a rare occasion that I do any sort of rating for anyone. However, there is always an exception. We have dealt with a number of Agents over the past 40+ years to only sell our Investment Properties. Von, I have to say, is definitely not your standard agent. At least for selling as I cannot comment on purchasing an abode with her. And I am not the easiest to deal with in buying or selling Real Estate :) From the get go, on meeting Von I walked away knowing I had finally found an agent who wasn't all about filling their own pockets or chest puffing. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Catherine and Elizabeth in the office and again, found both extremely pleasant to deal with. All the best team.

Von and her team were amazing from start to finish. As someone who has worked in the real estate industry I thought I would be comfortable with the process, but it turned out it was nerve wracking as it was so personal to me. Von held my hand throughout and kept things moving along by keeping in contact with both parties throughout the settlement process. If I have to sell a house again I wouldn't hesistate to call Von!

Here’s the picture - you’ve spent 6 weekends looking at house after house. All real estate agents are sounding the same and by this point even looking the same? You view a house - they message 5 minutes after the booking ‘be quick put in an offer, we’ve had 5 other offers already’. Before you can even submit it’s pretty much sold. I’m sure everyone is/ has felt this. Von helped us purchase our first house - we felt like we were at home instantly but we assumed that we would have absolutely no chance. She was so kind and made an effort to talk to everyone about their questions, concerns and thoughts. Her social battery must be very empty by the end of the day. We submitted our offer and it was accepted!!!! And Von was there assisting (beyond our expectations) every step of the way. Von made our first home experience truely unique and unforgettable.
