Von was my second agent after a terrible experience with the largest agent in Kenmore. Instead of the MacDonalds fast food version of property sales Von brought a personal experience and gave exceptional advice on how to best present my property. When I told her I didn’t have any spare funds for marketing and staging she said no problem I can manage that. And she did. She told me what simple final renovations I needed to do to get the best price, paid for the staging furniture, and she even assisted with a QCAT dispute over a tree on my property, negotiated the outcome with the neighbour so he would withdraw the application and paid for the tree removal. While this level of service goes way beyond anything you could imagine for an agent, that is just the start. She sold my home in only 3 open houses on Christmas Eve with three high offers and the one which bought it more than $120,000 more than my previous ‘McDonalds’ agent had been able to get. While she may not sell the most properties in 4069 it is quality that counts not quantity and Von is the best quality realestate agent I’ve ever met.
