Bought our new home with Von last year. She was so helpful, fair & communicative throughout that when my partner sold her previous house, Von was the first (& only) estate agent we considered. Again, outstanding service. Fast forward a while, and it was time to sell my previous place too. Guess who got the job? Simple. - Von. I'm not necessarily one to heap praise upon others, but she has been one of the few truly genuine people I have come across in real estate. Could not recommend more highly, buying or selling (& we have done both!). Oh. And I should not forget to mention the others we have dealt with there. Such as Cherie, Ian and Tiana have all been wonderfully helpful over the course as well.

I am very pleased to have this opportunity to thank Von and her team at Pinnacle Properties for the very professional way they handled the sale of my property. From the outset we worked as a team so that I would have every chance of getting the price I was asking. The aspect of Von's approach I appreciated the most was the written list of items that I needed to address before the house went on the market. The help didn't stop with the presentation of this list. There were follow-up phone calls and visits to check on my progress, a network of helpers to draw on, and assistance with preparations for the photo shoot. The photos themselves were marvellous and eye-catching advertising. Von's aim was to have the house presented in such a way that a prospective buyer would fall in love with it one day, sign the contract the next, and want to move in the following weekend. The sale happened almost that quickly. Once again, my heartfelt thanks.
