Great agent, highly professional friendly and ethical as well as one of the best communicator

We had the privilege of working with Jacob Pirrone himself ( as he is the founder and Principal of his agency). Jacob brings a " fresh air " and new dynamic attitude to the local real estate that is headed by many " sharks " that are not always 100% transparent and honest ... Jacob, was a pleasure to deal with and was available at various hours ( as being overseas most of the communication was on email and FB Facebook message...whereas many agents would not even bother to be available on a social media chat device ...that help a lot in coordinating and keeping up to date especially while being overseas). Jacob saved us money on very large expenses that others have asked for like staging the property can cost from 6 to 8K and many other unnecessary expenses. While other agencies, push you to use very expensive gardens and service providers Jacob helped us save a lot on that. Other then that, Jacob is a start at negotiations and his friendly and easy going accomodating nature and character sure helped us reach a desired result with this sale and he achieved better results then agencies that exist 40 years in the same area. We are sure that Jacob will be one of the leading agents in Brisbane and region as well as an asset to anyone that chooses to engage and work with him on the crucial task of selling their home.
