We actually purchased the home in QLD 4 years ago from Meagan but we live in another state. We automatically felt comfortable re-listing with Meagan again when we decided to sell. We decided to go with Meagan as she has a great reputation in our area (Cannon Hill). We previously tried to sell this property with other agents but didn’t even get an offer over a 9 month period.
