We actually purchased the home in QLD 4 years ago from Meagan but we live in another state. We automatically felt comfortable re-listing with Meagan again when we decided to sell. Over the years she has been in constant contact with us – helping to problem solve and manage issues from another state. It made sense to go back to the same agent that treated us with. Respect and honesty when we purchased, to provide the same service to relist the property. Along the way we have asked many questions in regards to market conditions and advice on when was an appropriate time to hold and eventually sell. We decided to go with Meagan as she has a great reputation in our area (Cannon Hill). We previously tried to sell this property with other agents but didn’t even get an offer over a 9 month period. Meagan and the her team we very thorough. They didn’t let any opportunity slip and did not slack off when it comes to inspections and dealing with challenges. Ie. tenants still living in our property.
