Chris was particularly impressive from our initial appraisal through to sale. He stood out for us due to his attention to smaller details of the marketing and preparation process, and his push for maximising the staging and presentation of our property. He oversaw each step of the pre-sale process in person, from staging, B&P through to photography. He was in constant communication with us and had an insightful knowledge of what would compel buyers to make their most attractive offers. It felt like he did not stop working, which is what you want - but do not always get - as a seller.
