Having a house to sell at Cannon Hill I saw the PLACE sign with Meagan Muir's name and photo on it numerous times and thought this lady must be good. Choosing Meagan was the right choice. Her communication was excellent and always kept me updated with regards to potential buyers. Meagan was always happy to answer any questions or concerns I had as not having sold a house before. Whether it was a phone message I left, a sms message or email to her, she always replied promptly. Even if she was unavailable herself for any document signing, she always arranged for another member of her team to be there for me. Meagan maintained professionalism at all times. With her bubbly and friendly personality it was a pleasure to have her handle the sale during these uncertain times of the covid-19 pandemic. 5/5 Stars to Meagan!!!

As I am located interstate to the property being sold I did not get to meet Meagan in person rather choosing her based on her local knowledge and strong reviews. Given that we could not liaise in person, a professional attitude, efficient back office and excellent communication skills where critical. In all of these areas Meagan and her team performed flawlessly and not once was I required to follow up on open the usual mundane matters such as open house feedback, buyer negotiation, paperwork and settlement statements.
