We spoke to a number of agents prior to choosing to go with Chris. As this was the first house we sold be wanted someone that could walk us through the process as painlessly and efficiently as possible, while also obviously being knowledgeable about the local market and achieving the result we were looking for in terms of sale price. Chris promptly returned our calls if not straight away, within the hour and kept us fully in the loop when it came to the final negotiations with the ultimate purchaser (which Chris handled very well).
