We knew of Joanna Gianottis from local sales and attending some open homes. She appeared professional, courteous and well presented. We always knew that when it came to selling our property that we would approach her first. When we met Joanna to discuss the sale of our property we had a good feeling that she was going to deliver. She astounded us with the manner in which she goes about her work. Everything was explained and if she said it would happen..it would. Nothing was too much for her. She responded to all calls in a timely manner and you never felt forgotten. It was like you were the only property she was selling. She is such a lovely person in general and this reflects on the relationship that you will have with her if you decide to utilise her expertise. We cant recommend her more highly. We have sold many properties over many years and having met and employed Joanna to sell our house was the best decision we made. She never gave up when offers were slim. She never talked us down during the process. She kept us in good spirits and positive that we were doing the right thing. We have enjoyed having her and her partner around the place so much so that our 5yr old daughter said that "She will miss her so much". I found James to be a very professional and energetic real estate agent. Throughout the listing period of my property James was constantly advising on and thinking of ways to attract buyers interest and traffic through the open home inspections. His high level of enthusiasm and passion for selling is what gave me a lot of reassurance throughout the whole process that the sale was in good and capable hands. This was important especially at a time when the market for units was definitely not a 'sellers market'. During the sale finalisation period, there were a couple of complications that arose during the conditional period, where the odds felt truly against the sale from proceeding. But James not only remained calm and positive, but was able to offer up some practical solutions to the problems in a professional and genuine manner, which mutually benefited both myself and also the buyer. I would highly recommend James if you are looking to sell your property, and I look forward to engaging him again in the future (hopefully not too distant). Shannon always answered my calls even if she was out of the country and if she couldn't help me, she had Cathy available for second and third viewings and advice. She encouraged me to give the sellers the time to find their own place and they came back and accepted my offer so she understood both our needs and this is a sign of a good agent - not pushy but knows her clients.
