We were introduced to Cathy Richards and established an immediate rapport. Cathy is consummate professional with an extensive local knowledge. Cathy kept the sale process very simple and never at any stage did we feel pressured to make a decision nor were we overloaded with superficial information. Her advice to us proved to be very sound. My wife and I found the process of purchasing our first home a straight forward and relatively stress-free event with the help of Shannon. We found her incredibly friendly, easy to contact and interact with, knowledgeable on the housing market in the area, and very flexible in arranging extra viewings of the property and promptly fed back all correspondence with the property owners. Furthermore, once an offer had been accepted Shannon continued to be regularly in communication and introduced us to 'essential contacts' within the area such as electricians, plumbers, etc... should the need ever arise. In all, we found interacting and negotiating through Shannon friendly and professional and would recommend her to everyone.
