Our property manager, Tim Nance, handled the situation calmly and efficiently, maintained clear communication throughout, and ensured that all matters were dealt with appropriately and in a timely manner. They also managed maintenance issues very effectively, coordinating repairs and keeping us informed at every step. In addition, Tim provided valuable assistance with the insurance process, including gathering the required information and supporting the claim. Their knowledge, reliability, and proactive approach made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Melvyn, the letting manger, also did an excellent job in re-letting the property promptly and professionally, ensuring the process was smooth and well managed. I am very grateful for their hard work and would not hesitate to recommend them to any property owner looking for a capable, trustworthy, and dedicated property manager.

We would like to take the opportunity to thank Dimitri & Harcourts Property Centre Office staff in Coorparoo for their help in being allocated the rental property 10 Jeetho Street, Holmview, Qld. On open day inspection visit we were met by Dimitri from Harcourts who introduced himself to us and proceeded to explain the inspection procedures and conditions to view the premises safely as there was quite a few interested parties wanting to do the viewing.We we’re very impressed with Dimitri’s manner and professionalism in keeping control of the many viewers and giving consideration to keep the property damage free was also a priority to him.
