I dealt with Peter from the very beginning of this transaction. He advised on the demographics construction and even recommended our builder. He has great knowledge of the neighborhood and in my option is the best agent in the area. Through out the time I have been dealing with Peter he has never had a bad day, he is always positive and upbeat and did everything he could to ensure a successful outcome was reached.

We recently sold our house by auction with the Place Chelmer team. We went to Peter and Brad because they were the agents we bought the house from 11 years ago. We'd recommend the team. We worked with Peter and Brad and both were respectful and easy to get along with. Brad worked with us for the week leading up to the auction and on the day. We were pretty set in what we were willing to accept and didn't feel pressured by the team to accept less than that - which was how we'd like our agents to work. All in all it was an easy process and their approach fitted with our ways of working well. We'd work with them again if we were selling or buying in the area.

We have lived in Chelmer for many years now so when it became time to put our house on the market, it was without question who to enlist as our Real Estate Agent. Pete, Brad and the Place team have a strong community presence and, from what I had seen over a number of years following the market, an impeccable record of achieving results that continually surprised me. So it was without hesitation that we requested they market our property. From the get go, Pete and Brad made us feel like it was a privilege for them to work with us which for me, means a lot. They immediately put a strategy in place and walked us through it, explaining the rationale behind the process suggested. They spent a considerable amount of time, one on one with us, making sure we were not only fully understanding of the sales strategy, but 100% comfortable with it as well. I was very grateful for that as it eased my anxiety of selling a home that we were so proud of. The process went exceptionally smooth.
