Pete has a very friendly and affable personality. This makes him quite easy to talk to and be honest. I was quite upfront with Pete regarding my financial position and how much I could offer for the home. Pete highly respected this and did not place any pressure on me nor was he manipulative. On the contrary, he was very successful in negotiating with the sellers to accept my offer. There were some issues that came out of the building inspection, and once again, Pete went out of his way to negotiate further with the sellers. My wife and I found Pete a real pleasure to deal and in a nutshell "Pete means business." Pete does not beat around the bush and is in the business to complete the sale. This benefits both the sellers and the buyers, who in the present market are generally seeking a quick sale at a fair price for both parties involved.
