Peter (and his partner Brad) did an exceptional job with the sale of my mother's home. They were patient and understanding in their dealings with her as an older client, and they went above and beyond the call of duty in the things they did to help her get the house ready for sale. In the end, the contract was signed on the first business day after the initial open for inspection. And the sale price was very close to the list price - showing that Peter had a very sound understanding of the market, and that he had conveyed this honestly to my mother in setting her price expectations.
