Passionate and caring about getting the best sale price for his clients.
Owen Chen was patient with our lack of knowledge. He put time into explaining to us and did not take advantage of our naivity. He is very professional and expresses a strong vision and philosophy for what he does. Owen's team is supportive of their leader in their own professionalism in dress, manner and communication and skills in the tasks they do. Owen and his support team demonstrated that they really cared about their clients and the necessary preparations for a successful sale and settlement.

Great Agent
Jess was the first agent we interviewed & she talked to us for several hours. She has been in real estate for about 10 years & was very knowledgeable. The fact that she could speak Cantonese & Mandarin was a bonus as we knew that the majority of the clients would be Chinese. We wouldn't have had any one else sell our house & her communication with us was great. After 4 weeks of open house & one offer we sold our house at Auction with 5 bidders. She was also there for any questions we had. She was a fantastic support and so professional. Thanks again Jess. Di & Bill

Outstanding Agent!
This was my first auction that I have bidded at and Jess just made everything so clear and and outlined everything that I needed to know. She spent a lot of time with me over the past few months helping me look for the perfect house and once I fell in love with this place she was more than willing to spend her time with me explaining everything comprehensively. She is a very selfless, understanding and genuine agent and would be very happy to deal with her again.

A favourable result in the end
What won me over with Owen was the time he took to meet with me and then again with my wife to explain his whole strategy to us. He used words we can understand and gave us different scenarios. I guess with the market when we sold, we couldn't really see Owen's true talent shine. I believe his major strength comes when there is a hot market and he has multiple buyers wanting the property. In the end he delivered an acceptable outcome but wasn't WOW. Owen is hard working and we were very close to taking the property off the market, glad we persisted in the end.

Owen Chen - Conscentious agent who works tirelessly for his clients in every way
Owen came to meet us with Jonathan and presented a well thought out strategy for the marketing and sale of our house. We decided to follow his advice to the letter and we therefore had a very successful auction. He took the time to explain everything to us about the whole process and kept us well informed.
