Jess was the first agent we interviewed & she talked to us for several hours. She has been in real estate for about 10 years & was very knowledgeable. The fact that she could speak Cantonese & Mandarin was a bonus as we knew that the majority of the clients would be Chinese. We wouldn't have had any one else sell our house & her communication with us was great. After 4 weeks of open house & one offer we sold our house at Auction with 5 bidders.
