Jess gave it her all in helping us sell our place. She was very detailed in explaining the process of selling and showed lots of enthusiasm which we liked. She had sacrificed lots of her own personal time to make it convenient and possible for us to meet outside of working hours for discussions. I have known Owen has a couple of years through buying and selling around the area. He has a good support from his team as well. As the client/seller, I have been well informed with the updates for each open home. The property is well marketed which resulted in good turn up at the auction.
