Owen and his team at Place Sunnybank made us feel that we were in very good hands right from the beginning. Once we had our house ready for the market we were able to leave the process of selling it in Owens hands and it was a lot less stressful that I imagined it was going to be. His professionalism and that of his team made us feel that we were in very capable hands. They were also very approachable and friendly and achieved an amazing result for us. We could not speak more highly of them and we will always have wonderful memories of our experience with Owen and his team.

We have known Owen for several of years having visited a number of open inspections and auctions conducted by Owen. We were impressed with his knowledge and expertise and had no hesitation in engaging Owen for the sale of our house. Owen worked tenaciously to get the best outcome for our sale, keeping us well informed and actively engaging with prospective buyers. Owen and Mia's efforts and engagement reduced our stress levels considerably. In a slowing market we achieved a good result prior to auction and highly recommend Owen and the team to you. Being a relatively experienced investor, I've dealt with many agents in the past. Owen definitely ranks as one of the best. The thing that impressed me the most is his communication - I received a constant flow of updates which you don't always get from other agents. He also has a great team behind him which makes the entire process smooth and, when combined with his experienced, guiding hand, gives you the confidence to make quick and informed decisions.

Many thanks to Owen and his very efficient team for assisting me in the recent sale of a property in Sunnybank. I am extremely grateful to them all for their assistance during this process. Owen's team was very prompt with all communication and were always readily on call to answer any questions that I had. They certainly made the process much easier for me. I would happily recommend Owen and his team to others.

Owen is certainly a brand in Brisbane southern sub's realestate market. For buyers, a good brand means higher quality of houses; for vendors, it means greater chances to sell.

We just recently sold our property with Owen at Place Sunnybank. We had such a great experience and would definately recommend to our family and friends. Owen has such great communication, professionalism, knowledge, very approachable and friendly. I have sold a few properties over the years and can honestly say I have never received the service this agency has delivered to us. The recommendation by Owen of staging our property definitely paid off with a great price at sale. Thank you Owen another happy customer.

Jess know what is best for the situation. In my situation where there is another house selling next to ours, Jess recommended going auction.

Owen Chen was patient with our lack of knowledge. He put time into explaining to us and did not take advantage of our naivity. He is very professional and expresses a strong vision and philosophy for what he does. Owen's team is supportive of their leader in their own professionalism in dress, manner and communication and skills in the tasks they do. Owen and his support team demonstrated that they really cared about their clients and the necessary preparations for a successful sale and settlement.
